Join my new and improved 9 week menopause wellbeing programme as we work together virtually in a group, to learn about menopause health and wellbeing, how our hormones work and what they do, how dropping oestrogen levels affects the body and some of the common symptoms and how to manage them We look at bone heath, brain health, gut health, heart health and breast health among other topics. There will be weekly pre recorded menopause yoga classes, LIVE talks with some guest experts with Q+As, weekly topics, challenges, wellbeing tips, nutrition and much more. Includes a copy of my Menopause guide that we will work through together.

Take a moment for yourself and find deep relaxation in our monthly restorative class, 'Pause and Restore'. Specially designed for women navigating the changes of menopause, this class offers a gentle, nurturing space to support your body, mind and emotions. Through restorative poses, breath work and mindful relaxation techniques, you will release tension, ease stress and restore balance. You are welcome to extend your stay after the class session for herbal tea and time to talk.
Recipe books include breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack and drink ideas. All recipes are refined sugar, gluten and wheat free.
