Hi I'm Sarah, a Yoga Alliance Certified Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Aqua-natal teacher and an Advanced Pregnancy Wellness Practitioner.
I have also trained in pre and postnatal pilates, baby yoga and massage as well as core and pelvic floor rehab, nutrition for postnatal recovery and birth trauma resolution coaching. I have been lucky enough to gain qualifications from some of the top pre and Postnatal training schools, including Apple Yoga, Birth-light, YogaMama and Burrell Education.
