I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Aqua-natal Teacher, and Advanced Pregnancy Wellness Practitioner. Alongside this, I have trained in pre- and postnatal Pilates, baby yoga and massage, core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, nutrition for postnatal recovery, and birth trauma resolution coaching.
My training journey has taken me to some of the most respected schools in the field, including Apple Yoga, Birthlight, YogaMama, Mindful Mama and Burrell Education.
Passionate about supporting women through every stage of their motherhood journey, I founded Balanced Mamas and The Balanced Birth Club and Podcast —spaces designed to nurture, empower, and guide women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.
