Sarah is a Yoga Alliance certified Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Aqua-natal teacher and an Advanced Pregnancy Wellness Practitioner.
Sarah has also trained in pre and postnatal pilates, baby yoga and massage as well as core and pelvic floor rehab and nutrition for postnatal recovery. Gaining qualifications from some of the top pre and Postnatal training schools, including Apple Yoga, Birth-light, YogaMama and Burrell Education.
Sarah created 'Balanced Mamas' and 'The Balanced Birth Podcast and Club' to help support women through pregnancy, birth and into motherhood.
