Stretch, Flow and Relax with yoga asanas (postures) adapted especially for pregnancy and some time out with deep relaxation and breathing techniques for pregnancy.

Mum and baby yoga is a great way to bond and spend time with your baby
while taking time to stretch and re strengthen your postnatal body. This class combines both mum and baby yoga within the practise as well as practising valuable breath work for recovery and relaxation.
Each class ends with tea, cake and time for mums to chat.
Includes an information pack for postnatal recovery.

Compassionate 1-1 support for women who have experienced birth trauma. Through the 3 Step Rewind approach we create a safe space for you to process and release any emotions linked to your birth story, creating a deeper sense of peace and renewal.
A 4 week Core and Pelvic floor recovery programme, blending specialist yoga, pilates and pelvic floor exercises and postures to strengthen the core and pelvic floor. Course includes weekly educational emails with homework videos to practise at home.
Suitable from 10 -12 weeks natural birth, 12-14 weeks assisted birth or 16 weeks C Section
