Prenatal Yoga and Relaxation classes to
Stretch, Flow and Relax with yoga asanas (postures) adapted especially for pregnancy and some time out with deep relaxation and breathing techniques for pregnancy.
Gift box included with a copy of my pregnancy wellness plan to guide you through a healthy pregnancy and prepare you for birth.

Mum and baby yoga is a great way to bond and spend time with your baby
while taking time to stretch and re strengthen your postnatal body. This class combines both mum and baby yoga within the practise as well as practising valuable breath work for recovery and relaxation.
Each class ends with tea, cake and time for mums to chat.
Includes an information pack for postnatal recovery.
