Balanced Mamas Studio Classes and Courses

Sarah offers pregnancy and postnatal yoga classes within The Balanced Space Studio as well as specialist courses and packages for Birth Preparation and Postnatal Support. 

Pregnancy Yoga and Relaxation

Prenatal Yoga and Relaxation classes to

 Stretch, Flow and Relax with yoga asanas (postures) adapted especially for pregnancy and some time out with deep relaxation and breathing techniques for pregnancy. 

Gift box included with a copy of my pregnancy wellness plan to guide you through a healthy pregnancy and prepare you for birth. 


Thursdays 7:00pm

Saturdays 10:30am 

Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy. 

A pre class health form is required prior to attending

Book Class

Mum and Baby Yoga

Mum and baby yoga is a great way to bond and spend time with your baby 

while taking time to stretch and re strengthen your postnatal body. This class combines both mum and baby yoga within the practise as well as practising valuable breath work for recovery and relaxation.

Each class ends with tea, cake and time for mums to chat. 

Includes an information pack for postnatal recovery. 


Tuesdays 10:45am 

Suitable from 6-8 weeks natural birth, 8-10 weeks assisted birth or 10-12 weeks C Section

A pre class health for is required.

Core and Floor Essentials Course

A 6 week Core and Pelvic floor recovery programme, blending specialist yoga, pilates and pelvic floor exercises and postures to strengthen the core and pelvic floor. Course includes weekly educational emails with homework videos to practise at home and supportive Facebook group. On completing the course you will be invited to continue your journey by joining the Free 'Core Strength Academy' on going support Group.

Birth Trauma Resolution

Compassionate 1-1 support for women who have experienced birth trauma. Through the 3 Step Rewind approach we create a safe space for you to process and release any emotions linked to your birth story, creating a deeper sense of peace and renewal.

A Little Sanctuary for Healing & Transformation for mums in the first year of motherhood. It's not just your body that changes during pregnancy and birth, you are on the cusp of a profound identity shift that can bring up complex emotions. This course helps mums to thrive again after birth. available 1-1 and as a small group offering.
