I’m trained in Hypnobirthing with Sophie Fletcher of Mindful Mama, combining powerful relaxation, breathing, and mindset techniques to help expectant parents feel calm, confident, and in control during birth. I offer 1:1 hypnobirthing coaching sessions to support you in creating a positive and empowering birth experience.
I offer compassionate 1-1 support for women who have experienced birth trauma. Through the 3 Step Rewind approach we create a safe space for you to process and release any emotions linked to your birth story, creating a deeper sense of peace and renewal.
A 4 week 1-1 Core and Pelvic floor recovery programme, blending specialist yoga, pilates and pelvic floor exercises and postures to strengthen the core and pelvic floor. Course includes weekly educational emails with homework videos to practise at home.
