There is a selection of weekly classes Power Flow to more specialised classes for pregnancy and postnatal. You can also find monthly classes and workshops with both Sarah as well as guest energy healer Gabi.

Hatha and Flow

Hatha and Stretch Yoga

Hatha and Stretch Yoga

In this class Sarah blends traditional Hatha yoga with the movement of a gentle and slow yoga flow. Yoga straps are incorporated in some postures to help aid stretching. Each class finishes with relaxation and mindfulness.

Suitable for those able to move comfortably from standing to floor postures

Hatha and Stretch Yoga

A gentle hatha and stretch yoga class suitable for beginners or those wanting a slower paced and more soothing class style. Using straps and yoga blocks to help aid stretches and postures. 

(Concessions available for seniors)


Warm Yin Yoga

Warm Yin Yoga

Warm Yin Yoga is a practice set in a heated room at around 35C -38C (slightly cooler than a hot yoga class) Yin encourages poses to be held for longer periods of time, applying moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Feel energised, build strength and stamina with Flow Yoga a fast paced yoga practice, linking movement with the breath, changing poses on inhale and exhale. Classes include the use of small hand weights.

Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga

Balanced Mamas offers Pregnancy Yoga and Relaxation classes, Birth Preparation Workshops , Fourth Trimester Support, Mum and Baby Yoga, Mama-lates classes, Core and Pelvic Health workshops, plus a selection of on demand programmes.

Pause and Restore (Menopause Yoga)

A monthly restorative yoga and meditation class designed especially for midlife women navigating the changes of menopause. This class offers a gentle and nurturing space to support your body, mind and emotions through restorative yoga and, breath work and meditation.

Sunday Soundscape

Join our regular guest teacher and Vibrational Energy Healer Gabi Greguska for her monthly sound healing sessions. A deep relaxation experience to nurture your nervous system and body at a cellular level. Gabi will be performing an amazing soundscape with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, tuned pipes and chimes. Filling the studio with healing frequencies; triggering a deep relaxation response to refresh and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.
