In this 6 week course you will be guided through weekly movement sessions to help strengthen your Core and Pelvic Floor, as well as learn essential wellbeing tips to help support your overall Pelvic Health. Each week alongside your in-person sessions you will receive an informational email and a new video to practise at home in your own time.

This 4 week course is designed especially for mums of little ones under 12 months old. A unique combination of mindfulness exercises, guided meditation, grounding techniques and self care techniques to help reduce anxiety, improved mood and feel more confidence as a new mother.
