Hi I'm Sarah, a yoga teacher and women’s wellness coach.
My own path into yoga started when I was pregnant with my son Joseph back in 1999. It wasn't until 2014 after a big life shake up that I decided to train as a yoga teacher while on my own wellbeing journey. It seemed like a natural progression to continue my training into pregnancy and postnatal yoga too. I have become particularly passionate about women's health and wellbeing and supporting and empowering women through the big life fazes from pregnancy, postnatal recovery and through menopause.
I am the creator of Balanced Mamas Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga , The Balanced Birth Hub and the host of The Balanced Birth Podcast. I am a certified core and pelvic floor rehab coach, birth trauma coach, and postnatal transition coach.
Alongside my pre and postnatal offerings I also run Meno Balance specialised yoga and wellbeing, classes, programmes and workshops for midlife women.
I teach weekly general yoga classes blending different elements into the schedule from the movement of flow yoga classes to the slower and more meditative styles of yin and restorative yoga. My aim is create a safe and nurturing space for all women.

Hi I'm Gabi, I am a vibrational healer specialising in deep relaxation techniques with reiki infused frequencies.
My passion is to help people suffering from anxiety, stress, overwhelm, peri-menopause, menopause and anything that drains energy and reduces the vibration in the body.
My journey into vibrational energy healing started with my own healing journey due to stress and anxiety in my own life as a single mum and the loss of my parents in 2021. The events sent me on a deep journey to find some medicine other than antidepressants. I have studied many different forms of energy healing modalities as well as sound healing with frequencies, EFT (emotional freedom technique) Reiki (I am a master), NLP (Neuro linguistic programming) and mindset coaching.
its my absolute pleasure to provide people, especially women with a safe space for deep rest and reset at a cellular level and nurturing their nervous system.

Hi I'm Jo, I'm a Yoga and Pilates teacher, a masseuse in Thai Yoga Massage, aromatherapy and hot stone massage. Also I play gongs and hold sound and yoga nidra events throughout the year. I first got into yoga while travelling Asia and Australia for 2 years from 1994 -I loved the way yoga made me feel and continued to practise throughout my extended trip and found a great teacher on my return to the UK. That tutor encouraged me to do BWY diploma in 202 and it has been my pleasure to have been teaching ever since, during my yoga career I have taught Antenatal classes, Yoga for children, Yin, Restorative, Hot Yoga, breath-work and mindfulness.
I have loved my journey and helping others find calm, peace and enjoyment through their practise. I find yogic practises to be an empowering tool to assist us in a greater sense of well-being ease of the body and living a full and happy life. i look forward to working with you at The Balanced Space through Yin and Hatha classes suitable for all abilities.
