Sarah is the creator of Balanced Mamas Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga and the host of The Balanced Birth Podcast. She also offers specialised yoga and wellbeing workshops for midlife women.
Sarah has been practising yoga for 25 years, finding her love for it whilst pregnant with her son Joseph in 1999. Beginning her teaching journey in 2013 she became inspired to blend the movement of Vinyasa Flow with the slower and more calming effects of Hatha.

Laura is a 200-Hour qualified Yoga Teacher and a registered member of the International Yoga Alliance. Teaching at the studio has been a big career change as she adapted to a big life change - becoming a mother. Focusing on positive mental well-being, whilst in recovery from Postnatal Depression, Laura aims to share yoga with others as a valuable tool to help cope with lifes challenges.
Whilst Laura enjoys Vinyasa yoga in her personal practice, since teaching at the studio in September 2023, Laura has enjoyed bringing more accessible classes to the timetable including Chair Yoga. Her classes aim to introduce gentle exercise to those who have been physically inactive, in recovery from illness and injury, or simply lack the confidence to move their body.
Now training for a further 40-hour certification, Laura hopes to provide specialised support for those in her Chair Yoga classes.
Gill has been practising yoga for over 15 years and is a 200hr Certified Yoga Alliance Teacher.
Her passion lies in incorporating her love of yoga philosophy along with its ancient teachings into her hatha/vinyasa flow classes. Including breath work and meditation to help bring balance to both body and mind.
