The perfect in person class to help reduce stress and many menopause systems our brand new Women's Wellness Yoga.
This soothing and nurturing class blends restorative yoga, mindfulness and meditation to help support women to deeply relax both the body and mind. Restorative Yoga involves only a handful of poses which are supported by props such as blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters, that allow you to completely slow down and rest.
