In this class Sarah blends traditional Hatha yoga with the movement of a gentle yoga flow. Yoga straps are incorporated in some postures to help aid stretching. Each class finishes with relaxation and mindfulness.
Suitable for those able to move comfortably from standing to floor postures
A blended class with Laura using Hatha poses and full body stretches to help balance the body. Build strength and stability, holding core poses for a few breaths to fully engage the body.
Suitable for complete beginners.
Warm Yin Yoga is a practice set in a heated room at around 35C -38C (slightly cooler than a hot yoga class) Yin encourages poses to be held for longer periods of time, applying moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
Feel energised, build strength and stamina with Vinyasa Yoga a fast paced yoga practice, linking movement with the breath, changing poses on inhale and exhale.
(some classes include the use of small hand weights)
A class combining benefits of mindfulness and the movement of yoga.With mental well-being at the classes core, Laura will guide you through different mindfulness practices each week alongside yoga to help you manage stress and understand emotions.

Join Laura for a 45-minute chair based yoga class. Chair yoga allows you to experience all of the benefits of yoga whilst being supported with the use of a chair!
This class will involve gentle stretching, mindful yoga flow, attention to the breath, and a relaxation to end.
This class is suitable for beginners, all ages and body types.
