Balanced Mamas - Core & Floor Essentials

1:1 Postnatal Recovery Programme

Core & Floor Essentials is a gentle six-week programme designed to help women reconnect with and safely strengthen their core and pelvic floor after birth.


Created by me and inspired by yoga, Pilates and functional movement, this programme combines pelvic floor exercises, breath-work and myofascial release techniques to support recovery from the inside out. Each week builds progressively, allowing your body to regain strength and confidence at a pace that feels right for you.


This programme is ideal for mums who would benefit from more personalised support and guidance than is available through an on-demand programme. Whether you're newly postnatal or months (or even years) after birth, it's never too late to reconnect with your body and lay strong foundations for lifelong wellbeing.


Over 6 weeks, we will explore:


* Breath and core connection

* Pelvic floor awareness and strengthening

* Gentle yoga and Pilates-inspired movement

* Myofascial release techniques to release tension and restore balance

* Functional movement patterns for everyday motherhood

* Building strength progressively and safely

The Core & Floor Essentials On-Demand Programme offers a collection of videos and educational resources to help you reconnect with your core and pelvic floor from the comfort of your own home. Designed for mums who are looking for flexible support, you'll learn simple, progressive exercises and techniques to build strength, confidence and body awareness in your own time.
