Welcome to The Balanced Space with Sarah Louise Mccallum

A little sanctuary for women's wellness and movement.


Founded by Sarah in 2021 The Balanced Space was created with a clear intention: to offer a nurturing, supportive environment where women can move, breath and reconnect with themselves. 

Hi, I’m Sarah – a Yoga Teacher, Women’s Wellness Coach and Therapist.

My journey into yoga began during pregnancy back in 1999, and it has since grown into a lifelong passion for supporting women through all stages of motherhood and beyond. After training as a yoga teacher in 2014, I followed my heart into pregnancy and postnatal yoga, and from there my work has expanded into women’s coaching and therapeutic support.


I am the founder of Balanced Mamas, where I bring together pregnancy and postnatal yoga, hypnobirthing, and my signature Balanced After Birth support to nurture mums physically, emotionally, and mentally. I also created The Balanced Birth Hub – a supportive space for mums-to-be to prepare for birth and beyond with yoga, hypnobirthing, and empowering resources.


Alongside these offerings, I provide coaching and therapy, including birth trauma resolution and feminine embodiment coaching – empowering women to release, reconnect, and step into their strength.


My weekly yoga classes weave together flow, yin, and restorative styles, creating a safe, grounding, and nurturing space for women to breathe, move, and restore.

At the heart of everything I do is a deep passion for empowering women – helping you feel supported, confident, and balanced through the life-changing journey of pregnancy, birth, and motherhood.
