I run several yoga classes each week at The Balanced Space, from Warm Yin Yoga, Hatha & Flow, Vinyasa and my more specialised classes like pregnancy and postnatal yoga. I also welcome regular guest teachers into the studio.
Balanced Mamas offers Pregnancy and Postnatal classes and workshops both within the studio as well as on demand.
